Book Character Day:

We enjoyed listening to lots of different guest readers on Book Character Day.

Book Character Day:

We had a great time dressing up as our favourite book characters!

Autumn:

We had a fabulous time playing in the leaves! We thought about how they felt, smelt and looked and then we wrote autumn poems.

Autumn:

We worked co-operatively to sort our autumn leaves - we grouped them by size, colour and shape.


Mosaics: We made marvellous mosaics with one of our wonderful parents!	Aesop's Fables: We designed and made animal masks!

Buddy Class: Every Friday we spend time with our buddy class, Room 4, who are Year 5 and 6. We do lots of different things with our buddies, including reading, games and art!	We love reading with our buddies!

Science Fun! We put food colouring into milk, then added detergent......	....wow! The colours moved all on their own - we saw lots of different patterns!

Science Fun! Mmmm I wonder what this will do....we mixed cornflour with water...	..then we put our hands in and felt it! It was hard when we moved our fingers and went soft and gooey when we stopped moving!

Science Fun! We looked at popcorn dancing up and down in a glass - it had vinegar and baking soda in it. When we put the baking soda in, it fizzed up. The bubbles made the popcorn move up and when the bubbles popped the popcorn went back down again!	Science Fun! We rolled different sized balls of playdough down a ramp to see which one would roll further - the biggest ball rolled the furtherest.
