My name is Alex Ball. I have three children at Leamington; Evie, Charlotte and Isla. My background is as a Physical Education, Health and Outdoor Education teacher before moving to my current role as a Resource Teacher of Learning and Behaviour (RTLB). As an RTLB I work within schools giving support and providing assistance to teachers of students who are at risk of not achieving or achieving at a low level because of their learning or behaviour difficulties. This means an RTLB's major aim is to improve what a student gains from their education. I am grateful to be able to bring my experience and passion for all children succeeding in their education to my role on the Leamington BoT.
